I put a little locking gel at my roots and that has helped me

I braid my roots then I start twisting. No puffy roots but I definitely want to try this mouse

I’ll try this mousse and hope for the best 🤞🏽 I live in a humid state so my twist outs usually don’t last more than 2, mayyybee 3 days. I need a good hold.

Our hair ranges from type 3b/c for my son, type 3c-4a for my oldest , aand type 4b for myself and my younger daughter. Great video! When you’re dressing out the twists, do you literally just pull the two strands apart- should I be using any products when doing this like serums or anything?

Thank you for your reply! I use the a As I am double butter creàm and I air dry for about 12 hours overnight. I've never tried a mousse for a twist out, but I will now. I'm experimenting and fine tuning.@Michebeauty

The secret is when you rake the product through your hair with your detangling brush, you have to see your hair actually clumping together. When you see that, twist your hair and when it dries it will separate with no frizz. You have to do that for every twist.
