My workplace is by no means comparable to a top football club, but one thing that is universal is if you go into a new job with goals, dreams, ambitions, positive attitude, and everyone there is jaded, cynical, doesn't give a ****, that will sour you too very quickly and everyone else who comes in, and soon you will be that guy spreading that discontent "F this place" mindset to the new guys. I agreed with your video before about supporting the players, but the bad attitude, toxicity can only be stamped out by cutting out the rotting flesh as it were. Sancho was the first step, now his buddy Rashford is acting out. This rot has set in and it is too deep, this is why nothing ever changes at the club. nothing ever improves no matter who is in charge or who they buy. The problem is infectious and the only way to get rid of it is a massive personnel turnover in a short time, a LOT of staff and players need to be cleaned out. Bad attitude and malcontent do more to reduce quality at a workplace than almost any other individual factor.

There’s a lot to like about both strikers. Solanke is your more experienced calmer head but I’m not sure he should be a backup for Hojlund. Rather it should be the other way round with Dom starting and Hojlund learning from him till he’s more ready. Zerke has many Martial like qualities and he scores against big team but he’s still young and you wouldn’t want to go back into the Hojlund situation by doing that.

Martinez should be Our long-term Captain, when the opportunity arises it's best to sell Bruno in the summer & replace him with Barella & 5 more then we can serious challenge for league Next season!

I don't why but from the very first time I saw Zirkzee play, my mind locked on him being a number 10. False nine maybe but I see him as 10. Someone like Kaka, Maradona etc.

These observations are very good and there is no doubt that these are very good strikers. But haven't you noticed that when a player comes to ManUtd he starts off at the same level that he was playing at at his previous club then starts declining? Look at Hojlind, he was a nightmare for defenders in SerieA , he had almost identical style of play as Zerkzee ( i remember the video you made of him). He is actually a combination of Solanke and Zerkzee. Look at Varane, when he came he was a beast, now he is just walking around. I believe that a culture change need to happen in the team, starting with the coaching staff. If you notice mancity and liverpool they bring out players out of no where, they initially have no skill but the coaches identify their strength and weaknesses and work on them. As i noticed for some time now, manutd sign a player after watching him play and expect him to know what to do and have no flaws and when he messes up it seems that they dont point it out because Luke shaw makes the same frkn mistakes all the time(he forgets to stick with his man), CDM always keep a gap at the edge of the box because they forget to track back, Wan bissaka just strolls around when running back with no sense of urgency, our midfield KEEPS LOSING THE FRKN BALL , i mean these are very well paid players that are just so dumb ton watch the match video and see what they did wrong. The coaching staff must be on their case regardless of if they will be upset from a talkdown or a hairdrier treatment. And if their feeling are hurt then they just should leave the club. Manutd can sign any player they want. They can bring messinand ronaldo, team them up with Haaland and mbappé, modric , debruyne and kross in midfield, have Nuyer in the net , Vandijk and Ramos in defense. If they dont address the small criticism issues that they should point out to players and work on them , then the team will be as lousy as this one.

We really need to add a player who can dribble, take defenders on, shoot and score. Rashford is off the boil, Antony is a one-trick pony and Martial has barely done that since his debut goal against Liverpool. Maybe Zirkzee is a good option. I haven't seen him play, so I'll have a look.

I would prefer buying more of youngr 20-40 M players(after Antony, Mount, Sancho, Casmiro) . So both should be fine.

United definitely need a 2nd striker, a centre back, right back and a midfielder maybe 2. United should sell Martial, Casemiro, Eriksen, McTominay and Evans. I would sell Bruno personally as I don't think he's a midfielder I see Bruno playing just behind 2 strikers in a 4-3-1-2. The way ETH sets United up Bruno's carelessness with his risky 1st time passes from midfield leaves United wide open in midfield. With a solid midfield of Mainoo, Amrabat and Casemiro(for now) all playing behind Bruno he can be the playmaker for Hojlund and Garnacho for now and also Bruno can get amongst the goals.

I don't think manutd is ready to accept this but there is a fact that as long as our midfield cannot or doesn't have confidence when they have the ball, manutd will never go far and play a better foot ball that can beat the opponent easily, 90%of chances are created in the midfield and imagine the midfielders cannot have confidence to hold the ball and be creative,we won't go anywhere , onana has more confidence with the ball modethsn our players in thr midfield except MAINO in mu opinion
