Shame tells us that we are bad and this is the opposite of the truth - this is what is making us feel small, insecure and blocks the light to penetrate our soul. You are okay. You are needed. You are loved. Please take time to let go of this destructive mindset and realize that you are perfectly imperfect and it's from this place we can grow and evolve as the beautiful humans that we are.

Thank you, We must all break the cycle of Shame.....rather than letting shame burn our positivity and potential we must burn up the shame it self and fulfill our true purpose and potential.
