Wow, I'm impressed! I wish I could drive through Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida as fast as I just watched y'all do it! Lol. I remember the drive just from San Antonio to Augusta Georgia and I thought that was rough. I had gone from mid Missouri to San Antonio before that. Never thought I'd get through Texas. 😂 I'm happy to see y'all made it safe and on time. I'm sure it has been great fun!

I've also heard that in Texas, if your dog runs away from home, you can stand on your front porch and watch him go for three days. That view out the hotel window proved it. Congrats on the adoption! We left Idaho and drove to Orlando with our RV in January, but we did not go 30 hours a day. I think it took us 5 days to get to Fort Wilderness. It was fun lots of camping! We had to use DEF too so we learned not to let it run low or you would not be able to find it for miles, so always keep the DEF full.

I was always the one to stay up while my dad drove on our road trips!! I love long drives. We drove from Canada Ontario to Disney World and stayed up the whole time!!❤🇨🇦❤🇨🇦❤

30 hours? Good job for a beginning trip! Now to work your way up to my dad's vacation driving; 2 1/2 weeks! My favorite example is we left eastern Iowa, drove north into Canada, across Canada to the west coast, then south. Cut across the top of California, angling south & east, to end up in Mesa, AZ for a couple days at my grandparent's winter home, then north again to Colorado. Spend another 2 days my aunt's, then back east, home to Eastern Iowa. 😁

"Are we there YET?" We love Road trips~~ When my husband first came to America (from Turkiye) 35 years ago, to New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he was amazed at how much Green was all around! Mountains covered in Green Trees,Roads lined with Green trees, Green everywhere~~ so glad you made the trip safely. Hope the rest of the crew did too! Max drives and he rocks too! I once had a Rabbit GTI 16 S when it first came out. I loved that car! Drive safely! Always! All eyes open ! Keep your wheels straight at intersections in case someone bumps into you... please! keep that in mind when at intersections! You ONLY turn your wheels when..turning!

Took an 11 day road trip from NY to Los Angeles in 2019- NY, OH, Chicago, Missouri, OK, TX, NM, AZ, Nevada, and California!!! Such an awesome trip! We are doing another road trip in August but going I80 almost the whole way out. The scenery was beautiful from Texas all the way through to California!

It's good to see all of the extra drivers that you're going to have with you and and it's awesome good to see Joe Has Joe taken his trip yet that you all gave him

When I was a teenager we drove from S.C. to Colorado the route of Texas and New Mexico. I remember all the tumble weeds. It did seem so long but as a no driver I could sleep if got tired or bored.

Drove from CA to Ga in 2017 with my daughter in love and 3 grands but we spread the drive out so we could sight see along the way. Great trip

Hey, I’m from Pensacola! I’ve been through the tunnel under the Mobile Bay several times. I live in Arizona now. I do miss the green foliage.

Love it! I hate driving long distances but new drives are fun because you see things you never have before. I live in Birmingham, AL and have driven to Orlando twice. Never been to Disney though. Was supposed to go May 2020 but we know what happened then. Legoland and Universal were our two trips. We have some sideways lights. It actually helps with the swinging when storms and high winds come through. Love you guys and can't wait to see more of your journey!

Congratulations!! The worst parts of Air Travel is takeoff and landing. TSA can be annoying but the trick is understanding what they want and being prepared. Anything else TSA will advise you on. As long as you are calm and super polite they are too ;)

The trees are called Evergreens! And that tunnel is the best. We drive it every year heading to the beach. When it’s packed it’s so fun cause everyone will honk and blair music out of the cars.
