Looks great! Don’t know if you’ve ever tried it, but If you add 1/2 cup of the water the pasta cooked in when you lower the heat and simmer for 10 mins it will bring that sauce together nicely.

I made this last weekend and I ate it all myself!!! I live alone, & I love to cook. & Everyone is on salt free fat free diets. Not me. I made this, & ate normal size portions each day til it was gone!! Other recipes, like that beef with thyme & mushrooms... Something like that, I'll freeze 1/2 & the rest I'll share later. I made those Philly steak and cheese shells for a party, & they disappeared in no time flat!! 💗💗💗

Oh, yeah! This really looks tasty. To keep food from sticking to foil, just put a tiny bit of oil on the inside of the foil before covering. Nothing sticks when you remove the foil.

I make the same recipe I call baked rigatoni the only differance is I add a 10oz can of tomatoe sauce ,add a red pepper and use rigatoni noodles

I make this dish for my family, and it's delicious! Sometimes I add green peppers and/or tomato sauce, it adds a different spin on it. #Tip: if you spray your aluminum foil with cooking spray, the cheese won't stick to it. Thanks for all of your recipes!

I love one pan dishes like that. I make a similar dish using ground chicken or turkey olive oil, season with homemade taco seasonings and chop in sundried tomatoes, black olives or capers, grate parmesan and mozzarella in between layering, bake. 😉

All of my favorites! I love Italian sausage! I spray the underside of my foil with a little cooking spray and that prevents the cheese from sticking. Cause you know I use a lot of cheese! 😂😂

Excellent recipe! One level up I might mention is to layer some cheddar jack cheese on top with a layer of panko bread crumbs then some more cheddar jack. Makes a nice satisfying crust. Make sure you remove the foil and broil for maybe 5 minutes at the end for that golden crust!
