I went to dental school before veneers was a thing. Crowns were king. Veneers came out a few years after I was working steady. The original veneers were like just covering the teeth. It looked good, but the people wearing them couldn’t bite into anything hard, because the veneers fell off. The dentists started preparing the teeth like partial crowns. I stopped doing veneers because I felt it was malpracticing my patients. I refused to drill a perfectly healthy tooth. I retired three years ago because the company I worked for wanted me to do work I refused to do the work when I was my own boss.

Notice how his paper says “certificate.” Not “license.” You have to be licensed then you can get certified in other things. I doubt this guy has his dental license.
