We haven't added any off-the-shelve pullers because they all suck and more likely damage the switch.

A question, I do have a switch puller but it’s kind of tough to take out the switches, they don’t have pins that could bend, but it seems that I need to apply more force than needed to remove a switch, is that normal?

@@b1rch It needs a little bit of vertical wiggle due to the switch prongs going into the PCB, since it's contactless, this is what provides stability. If you plan to remove a lot of them, you can best detach the PCB first and then remove switches.

also true, but it would cost like 2 cents for them to add switch and keycap puller instead of just the keycap puller, especially that their keyboard is hot swap. Plus here in my country there are not many stores that sell switch pullers since it’s kind of a niche market

​@@b1rch that's true, understandably this keyboard is on the more premium side because of it's technology, considering they include pre-lubricated switches and foam inserts, they're well aware of the growing community, but even though the keyboard speaks for itself with the impact it has had in competitive play, it's not proprietary tech and could have future competition, if they want to place themselves in the price bracket it'd be nice to see these small additions that even low cost outemu hot swap keyboards come with

@@fran2911 The switches are not pre lubricated, if they are, there’s like 1 droplet of lube there. Obviously the tech is not proprietary, an idea cannot be claimed to a single person. Also I’m aftaid I don’t get your point, I was just saying that adding a key and switch puller would barely cost them more, i don’t understand what that has to do with proprietary tech and outemu switches…?

That furst problem may be because of the cable or using an older version of a software, it doesn’t automatically update. And yeah I agree about the white color. I think it’s because the bottom half of the housing is not transparent so it messes with the color accuracy
