For a brief moment of womansplaning (hehe) from a taekwondo black belt... here's where you guys went wrong with the board breaking: Zoey rotated her punch (basically twisting her hand from vertical to horizontal), and she also followed through. The trick to breaking a board, whether it's with your foot, hand, face, whatever, is to aim beyond the board. Ben's punch was much more of a jab. He also let his wrist collapse when he hit the board, which is both pretty dangerous for your arm and loses power in the punch. Jeremy, poor boy, had absolutely no rotation. His fist was up and down when it made contact with the board, so it's no wonder he didn't go through. Drew's rotation was actually pretty solid, but he was slightly punching down instead of straight, so most of his power likely went into skinning his knuckles. Anyway. I doubt anyone read this but if so thank you for coming to my masterclass hehe have a lovely day
