People here commenting he is quite strong and this is why he holds on so long are ignorant :D. The people who hold the most are actually lighter in weight/muscle overall statistically. I've seen another video of people holding on and being more muscular and fail after 1-2 minutes.

@@JREwithin it’s not about how many pull ups you do. The bar rotates and makes it really hard on the forearms, you have to train this specific muscle very hard to be able to do this, he’s probably done this specific thing a lot and trained to make a video of it.
