You'll love your zero turn. When I was buying my commercial heavy duty Scag Tiger Cat zero turn I kept running into as*hat men that wanted to sell me a little garden tractor and wouldn't take me serious. Mind, I was just around 60 years old, 5'1" fat woman..LOL...It took until the 6th store to find open minded men that would finally sell me my dream mower for my 10 acres. I'm still in love. I've learned that the only gas I'll use in my machinery now is non ethanol and it's helped keep them running.

Adding alittle Marvel Mystery Oil helps correct the drying effects of alcohol fuel. Most any light oil in fuel helps

My Zero turn has a Kawasaki motor that was designed to accept ethanol gas. At point, non ethanol gas is more $$ than the same gas you use in your vehicle.

Greetings from Northeast Ohio. I am going to give you two tips. For the future on hanging baskets. You cannot let a hanging basket go dry. Once the roots go dry, They begin to die. And you can’t stop the process. Hint number two. I gave you this hint last year and Gary as well. The slang term for the tree I’m talking about is tree to heaven. We call them that in Ohio because they grow so fast. They will take over an entire area in no Time And choke out your Hardwoods and your pine trees. You have them everywhere. One growing right out of from under the cabin. You got it with the weedeater. I was so happy. A whole bunch of them are over by the fire circle. They have a pointy leaf. Many of them look like a bush but it’s actually a tree. They grow along the edge of the woods and then they start growing through the woods and choking out the good trees. They’re invasive. Get rid of them, root and all. Some may be too big for the weed eater by the shed that you put up. Rule of thumb, if you didn’t plant it, mow it over. It’s invasive. I hope the fertilizer is pet friendly. Domino Licks puddles of water in your yard and midnight Licks his paws. Beautiful aerial view in the end. Thank you.

Its miami here✌ its amazing how pretty the grass is and how fast it grew its really looking nice now it's going to look like a real beautiful yard and midnight is such a beautiful black cat I had a long haired black cat her name was takiya she was one of the best cats I ever had . Your investment will pay off in the long run you will be more happy with your beautiful grass and everything trimmed up and stuff you won't have to worry about pulling out your shoulder and I know Father's Day is coming up so Happy Father's Day. with all that rain you been getting it's making everything look so green and pretty.💯🇺🇸✌

Good advice. I'm in Idaho. I have Elm trees to deal with. They are so invasive and grow like weeds. Their seed pods blow and land everywhere. Wherever they land, a tree will shoot up if left unattended.

Just a suggestion Use all your cardboard boxes instead of landscape fabric to cover areas it breaks down and is biodegradable

Raised my kids teaching them about borrowing especially expensive things. I told them if that item was lost or broken then they would have to replace it and now you've bought whatever it was for someone else and you still don't own it. I dislike borrowing other people's belongings.

I’m sure the new equipment helped a lot in getting the yard to this condition, along with the $300 worth of grass seed! I know you don’t like to finance anything, but after seeing how quickly and easily your yard was mowed, I’d say this short-term financing deal was a good move. And, a huge shoutout to Pop’s for all of his very generous gifts to the framily. He has a heart of gold, and has certainly made everyone’s lives a lot easier.

You should use some of you extra chicken wire and make them into pillars by filling them up with your rocks from around the yard. Just this old lady's 2 cents.. hope that made since.

The good and bad thing of mowing is that you find all the rocks, I have a 52" Gravley and it is 4 years old, and it cost me $2,900 and it is still going strong, and I sharpen the blades every spring due to all the hidden rocks that grow here in Oklahoma. Happy mowing brother!

That weed you just weed wacked was a poke plant it's like spinach. Small tender leaves you wash a few times and then cook like spinach with some bacon in it. Or make wilted poke salad with green onions and vinaigrette

❤❤ DAVID PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK ALL OF THE NUTS BOLTS AND SCREWS ON THE 0 TURN MOWER BECAUSE THEY ARE ASSEMBLED POORLY WHEN THEY ARE IN A HURRY TO PUT 10 OF THEM TOGETHER FOR SALE. SOMETIMES THE BOLTS ARE NOT TORQUED TO SPECK AND WILL VIBRATE LOOSE.

You won’t regret getting that mower.. it makes life so much easier..we have one , not that brand but, one equally as nice.. cost boo-coo money .. worth it..it makes me nervous when people back off the trailer on those boards or runners.. I worry they’ll slip off..with the drone shot, you can really see how well the grass has come in..The yard is looking good..the way Domino trails around with your, you both must be pooped at night..

Look at you being like big sis with the Bad boy lol. You know we have had ours for 4-5 years now and still has the original battery. Knock on wood it still just cranks right up. Dom use to make every lap I made on my mower also. Yard looks great.

btw David, put wet newspaper in the gardens before putting in garden soil, weeds won't grow through wet paper, also carry a dryer sheet in your pocket, mosquitos won't bug you

I own 2 Bad Boy Mowers David Outlaw and the Maverick. If no air cushion seat get an extra pad. One i bought a seat for the other i have a foam rubber cushion. They will beat you to death if no cushion on the Butt & Back lol. The one thing that was a game changer was "Gator Blades." Grass cuts come out mulched up and perfect in fall when the leafs hit the ground. Makes em like powder. Enjoy Brother

Weed eater is a brand name, not a description. This form of equipment is called a string trimmer.

Now that you have your zero turn mower. You should convert your old push mower. Pull the motor and blades out of it and chuck some really strong magnets underneath. When you do as much Renovations around the property as you do, it would be very handy and convenient to have one. I made mine from fishing magnets purchase from Amozon. Works too well. Hardest part is getting the nails and screws of the magnets 😂 but we'll worth it. No little suprise punctures anymore. And I've picked myself up a few coins along the way. Way cheaper to make one then buy one. All you need is the magnets. Soooooo worth it mate. Anyway loving the channel. Been watching since you purchase the cabin. Mark from Central Australia
