Akash was well experienced chef, he should had never come back to those cruel owners who disrespected him. He deserves better opportunities and can give a tough fight by his cooking skills in new restaurant and downgrade his previous owners.

I would have asked for partnership in the restaurant atleast 25% share of the restaurant because I cannot tolerate the insult and saying sorry is just not enough for me. He is responsible for the success of the restaurant after working there for 5 years so he rightly deserves a portion of the restaurant's profit.
