I'm pretty sure he was blinded by how angry he was, cause he started getting really dumb. Like at 8:18, he was in the perfect position to finish it within a second, but his brain couldn't handle that Smii7y went into a different spot, so he just started raging and blaming Smii7y and going full-dumb. John needs some klonopin.
