That is the weirdest tunnel I’ve ever seen in my life. They need traffic lights on both to regulate the cars coming from each side of the tunnel.

Tunnel was made many years ago in The 1960's. At that time there was no development there. It was all Accra Plains. The area was used for cattle herding. Nkrumah made the tunnel just so the herds of cows could cross without having to endanger themselves from the motoway traffic.

EBEN TEE, DID OSWAL CONTRACTORS DO THIS ROAD??????????????????????????? WHERE ARE THE SPEED LIMIT SIGNS ON THIS NEW ROAD??????????? THE DRIVERS ARE OVER SPEEDING AND THE SPEED SHOULD BE LIMITED AND ENFORCED BY THE TRAFFIC POLICE.
