Great video ngl i do 4 month Wolf sessions every now and then. I did one right out the gate first time ever trying. Seemed to work for me. I think the progressive overload is with the brushing 💯 Might try your method one day because you waved up 🌊🌊🌊🌊

Hear me out, Wolf until you can’t control it and once you start seeing problems with laying it down, try one last wash and style and if that doesn’t work cut it asap. Also try to wolf one week longer than your last one. 2:40

i agree with playing it safe. if you rely too heavy on the was my n style yo hair might look laid but you could still lose progress from overwolfing
