Just a fwi Phelia can flicker any nonland permanent so it’s great with opponents tokens (ex. the skyclave ones)

Why does the dog blink things? Like you go to pet a cute dog and then you're ripped from reality and then rematerialize, baffled about the inexplicable passage of time? Sounds hellish. I once again apologize for being like this 😂
