I did a full chrome delete on mines. I have the 2015 track edition and I didn't have screws under those badges 🤔. Btw I used a hair dryer and a rubber scrapper lol, it took the damm hair dryer FOREVER to heat it up

I was contemplating using my girls hairdryer, but I knew it’d take forever 😂, so I just borrowed a heat gun lol!

Once you get it started next time just use WD 40 it’ll release the glue

I’d make sure to get these sanded down and cleared to prevent yellowing of the fibers. Looks like it might have already started a bit. The weave on them looks solid. 3M VHB is the best for outside mounting as well.

Thank you, bro! I’ll most likely sand them down during the warmer weathers because installing this in the cold was a terrible idea 😂 and they for sure have started yellowing, lol! Let’s just say they look best in the shade 😂

⁠@@Mr_Odog for sure man. The part being unprotected even for a few months will cause for UV rays to further yellow. If not mistaken, it’s the fibers actually yellowing due to the lack of UV protection in the resin/gel used to manufacture. One trick you can do is to ask the shop clearing to add some black to the clear to shadow/make the yellow less prevalent.

Bro ever since I did my valley plate leak my check light came on saying A/F sensor circuit bank 1 sensor 1 thinking the wire harness got damaged while doing the valley plate leak Amma have the dealer change the harness
