CORRECTION! The projector does have eARC, that was a miss on my part. And to clarify, HDMI CEC does enable you to control but the projector and the fire stick with the same remote. For those of you not using CEC like myself, it may be an issue. All that said, the projector is looking even better! There’s a pretty good sale one the LTV-3000 for Cyber Monday. amzn.to/49WRCcX

So happy to see AWOL extend the "Free Screen" of choice with the purchase of the new LTV-3000 Pro or LTV-3500 Pro to make their UST Projector a complete Projection systems with no extra costs. We jumped in and purchased LTV-3000 Pro & LTV-3500 Pro with the 100" and 120" motorized floor rising screens so we can display & demonstrate AWOL's new Pro series in our 2 A/V Showrooms. Thank for the very well presented review we are all LOVING AWOL's new UST line-up.

I have the AWOL 3500 (and Arendal 1723 speakers 😊…perfect combo.) The AWOL is off the hook! 3D and Dolby Vision…this short throw is what dreams are made of!

Brilliant idea with the area for the Fire Stick, and not have built in crappy software! Thanks for the review. I have a first generation Optoma P1 which works great still after almost 4 years, but always good to see there are new 3D capable UST projectors out there.

I actually purchases a Wemax one pro second hand for 650 euro's, added a 70 euro google tv stick and bought a 150 euro 108 inch screen. If you focus on the core specs you can get a lot of value for money.

I have the original 2500. I love it. Especially with the DV update. I don't use the fire stick. I use the Nvidia shield.

All AWOL Vision projectors have eARC and the Firestick can be controlled by the AWOL remote by enabling CEC in the General section of the menu. All you need is one remote.

He had me panicking about the eARC. I ordered a 3000 pro and had to refer back to the website. It 100% has eARC.

I almost bought the 3500 pro but I kept hearing bad stuff about their HDR did they fix this in their updates?

HDR has been fixed, mine is very bright.

It does have eARC and you can control the Firestick with AWOL remote by turning on CEC in the settings menu.

I test all my projectors/TVs with a Panasonic UB820 or 9000 4K Blu ray player. I just didn’t get a chance to do that with this projector (through no fault of anyone involved)

Nice review sir! Check out a FRESNEL screen (pronounced frenel for some reason), vs. a LENTICULAR screen. Huge difference in my living room with 2 skylights - until it gets dark. I have a photo of 2 projectors and an LED TV I'd be more than happy to share (please provide contact intel). If KZfaq is Social Media, that's the only one I'm on.

Love this projector.. BTW, villa man did you know your speaker do not sound good !!!! They fall by more than 15db at 16000 hz.. starting at only 8000 hz slowly 😮😮😮😮 we have a video on this on youtube
