I need a mentor. Im so lost... I'm about To be a 38-year-old man and I hardly know what I'm doing. I don't even know if its worth it sometimes..

Actually, I'll go ahead and say that I know that it's not worth it, most of the time... That's a really shitty feeling to have. Staying around just because I made a promise to my mom is not the greatest way to live.

Do not underestimate the Hole Your Absence would make. As i take my break from the road, in my home town at Mom's once again. I see the familiar faces. Working at the exact same jobs. Still not smiling at Me. (i am barely smiling myself) Making money that is unfathomabley low to Me at this moment. Changing jobs, or location, and the people You see is an amazing Eye opener to the abundance that goes unexamined. My Friend's friends use to think i was weird and question Me when i would drive 2 hours to Toronto, with no plans in mind. Then 17 hours to Thunder Bay, and finally with much help from a Noble Man Named James, 5000 Miles, out of my home province to the out most land on Vancouver Island. I've quit forever jobs, with Money bigger than those of One's here being held so tightly. and Here i am. Sitting in this same driveway again, spending days in comfort but perhaps not enjoyment. Make a change. Pick a job that sounds fun and try it. (There is no shortage of hiring positions.).Quit coffee, and all the fake processed foods. Go jump in the December Lake, with Your vehicle running and the heat on of course. Go to, and sit in the Forest until the daylight fades to night and until Youre too frightened by the footsteps around You. There is much. You are Good. We are all just learning. The rude rushed tailgater, the Youngsters looking for desires, even the settled elderly as they view the youth from a television screen. Forgive Yourself. Forgive Others. See the Beauty. then do what You like. or what someone else likes.! i know of wonders away from here, which the knowledge of Weans my small town minded anxiety. ✊ Your good heart and Your good mind, contribute deeply.

start with eating real food - fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds + start doing some exercising.

Hey Marvin - You are worthy of love the way you are. You don't need to other than yourself for that. I am 38 year-old and I had felt the same way for the longest time. You need guidance that's true and the fact that you are here shows that you are looking for answers to know how to move ahead, trust me you are on the right track, and I am proud of you. Do you know how many people in the world aren't even trying like you do? Please be patient and keep looking, trust me the unique answer is out there for you, just trust your guts once you get it. Focus on the journey you are in right now because you are building life muscles of a strong and content warrior.

I'm about to be 42 and recently just dug myself out of a chaotic depressing mental state. My realization is I realized have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I was and still am still care about judgement of others and it made me judge myself so hard negatively. When I realized so many other people are struggling in their own way and no one has it figured out, it was liberating. No one knows what they're doing because no one truly knows the purpose of life. Let's just say there is no purpose. Then you are free to create your own purpose. And that to me is liberating. I'm free to create whatever fucking life I want to fucking create. Keep listening to videos and inching forward. Even if you go slow, in 5 to 10 years you will be a different person and you'll be proud of the progress you've made if and only if you put in the work of upgrading your mindset which entails mostly of letting go of the beliefs, ideas you currently hold.
