When I watched one of your vids for the first time I at first thought you were doing something crazy. Blind travelling, the way of finding the nether fortress (I already don't remember what you called it haha), for a person who's never heard about any of these it is literally pure magic :) As if I was still a kid who's exploring the surrounding world and doesn't understand anything but is still interested. one thing that sets this runner apart from others i've seen is his knowledge of technical aspects of the game, he just knows all these things that i've never heard of that help him in the run. Most runners just have pure skill but this guy combines skill with a deep knowledge of the game which i believe is the reason he holds the world record. P.S. keep up the good work :)

I’m gonna be honest. I loved this KZfaq video because of the way you sort of interacted with us through the screen. I don’t know how to describe it, but you added tips for speed running (like you knew viewers were there), and admitting that even the best speed runners make mistakes (it might hurt your chances of a world record, but all in all it really shows how we are all human). Also, that question about the obsidian was pure gold. It really felt like we were all in this together every step of the way. It’s just something you just cannot get from live streaming, as you need to focus. Really shows the power of editing and commentary.

I've learned to speedrun rsg in under 30 minutes from watching pretty much only your videos thanks for doing what you do.

If you forget obsidian, you can place a slab next to the highest bedrock, then one more slab up, and waterlog the top slab. This acts exactly the same as placing an obsidian there and you click the beds on that instead!

Hi Couriway! Its Been 3 Days Since I've Been Following Your Videos And I Gotta Say , There Are A LOT Of Things Which We All Get To Learn From You . I Thought There Were Like 2 Million Types Of Bastions In The Game Because I Was Always Lost In Them . But As I See You Go Through Bastions , I Feel Like You Know What You Are Doing . Whatever You Do Feels Surreal! Like , I Studied Coordinate Geometries But I Never Knew That Structures Formed In The Game Were Also Based On Quadrants (I Know Its A 430×430 Quadrant As You Mentioned It In The Slowest Speedrun Re-Ran {I think}) . Honestly , I Need To Learn How The Game Works , How To Be Good At It , And Eventually How To Beat It Most Efficiently (I Used To Speedrun Bedrock 1.16.200 On Normal And Never Stood A Chance At Getting A Decent Time . Either RNG Or Bad Mob-Spawns)

This run had the same vibes as the tournament match between KiRyuKoe and Dimeax, Kiryu forgot his water bucket for waterlogged slabs and had to do the jump onecycle. He pulled it off that time though. And on that note, maybe next time you could consider NOT replacing the water bucket with lava, because although that helps with hoglins, the water bucket will at least ensure that you have a last resort to fall on for a lazy onecycle in the rare event you don’t get enough obsidian or crying obsidian. Loving the daily uploads, keep it up!
