This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Homes. The model for this home is the “Ranch.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,921 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

That is a perfect layout to me! Plenty of kitchen cabinets. That Pantry!!! Oh my. And you could put a chest freezer easily in there as well. Love the dining room being placed as it was as well. Really love the main bedroom being toward the front as well. I wish i could afford this one. Absolutely my favorite home that I have watched you tour Chance. And I've saw every tour!

Love the dining room. But I would give just a little of that pantry up for a sink in the laundry room. The transom window in the bath is great natural light. Any room without a window seems like a closet to me. Needs a hand held in the master shower to make cleaning easy. The tile is a bit busy in the master shower. Very nice home. THANK YAH!

In the UK, every Sunday we make a traditional sunday dinner. I have been told its equivalent is Thanksgiving. I always need a nap after to recover from all the food. I love this home. Its layout has been well thought out. That utility/pantry is perfect. I do love this home so much.

And it lessens the look of it being a manufactured home. It has more of that site built appearance with the porch. I wish they'd include porches on new models more routinely.

I love the microwave not being above the stove!! But at a much more convenient level. Of course the large pantry is great. Also I really appreciate white kitchen cabinets to brighten that area. Love the big secondary bedrooms. Also the separated off dining room is really good. I'd appreciate a shower wand for the shower in both bathrooms.

I love that you didn’t try to hide the shower till the end. That always feels stressful to me. Great job on this tour. Nice house. I also love seeing the laundry room and dedicated office spaces if the home has one.

Oh wow, I LOVEEE this one so much!!! I think I'd maybe like the kitchen and living room to have a bit more space between them, but this still feels separated enough because of how the living room is facing in comparison to the kitchen, so it's still good. I LOVE the kitchen! No microwave above the cooktop 😍, the pantry! Enough counter top space! I like that it's 3 bedrooms so one could be my office. I think the only true drawback is that I don't know if I'd want my bedroom to be looking out the front of the house.

Great kitchen with plenty of drawers and cupboards and work space. Good spot for the microwave. Too high for kids to get into it and not too high for the adult to put things in and out of it. Room for a freezer in the pantry plus a plug in. I remember the pantry you are talking about! Wow! huge dining area/room. To set off that bedframe they needd a star quilt on it.

I purchased a multisectional and I am now moved in. The process started at Chance Home World. Please do a video on the process after the purchase, including financing, lot prep, and setting. I am sold on manufactured homes. It is the nicest place I have ever lived in and I have pride of ownership in the structure.

I really like everything about this home. Well, except for the "garden shed" wall under the counter on the kitchen island! It's a tad too Quonset hut chic fer my taste! Hi chance it's been along time checking out your vedioes I been very busy .but I love this home great spaces snd I love the do called pantry but I would put shutter doors or slidet for it ,wow love the master bedroom,love the master bath I would have a seating bench in the shower.wow like the walk master closet love the entry yo the home and the love the kitchen

Thanks Chance! This caught my attention bc the house reminded me of my family’s (site built) home growing up. Getting sleep at a big meal… you’re into the South Chance, we call that “the itis !” 😂 Next time you eat with some of your Black friends, tell them “Mannn I got the itis right about now!” They’ll probably fall over cracking up about that and invite you to the cook out!
