Note Shuffle randomizes all the notes in a song, whatever properties they hold (ie: Strum note, Hammer On/Pull Off, Tap or Chord) is kept but whatever color they are is changed. This is that modifier on DRUMS.

So... How you supposed to know what notes you supposed to sing? I mean look at vocal chart for Guitar Hero/Rock Band, I don't think it's possible to tell what notes you supposed to sing just by looking at the chart without listen to the song... Unless Clone Hero using new way to display the vocal (which is very unlikely) so we can tell what's the note just by looking at it...
