@@cmdlr2575 not at all, it made me happy. He did it with my mom and uncles, with me, and now with my niece. I grew up in Hawaii so he’d have to fly out every Christmas to do it. It’s those kinds of memories I really cherish and appreciate.

Seeing a child light up with pure joy just warms my heart and reminds me of that feeling. When I was a kid I was an explorer and that means the roof. My older brothers put reindeer tracks on the roof for me because he knew I'd check. When I saw those tracks I couldn't have been happier.

Awh..how sweet....This brings back a lot of memories of my one and only child..my son...who wholeheartedly was the most fervent believer in Santa and the wonders of Xmas....I am a divorced " old Boomer" now..and he is now 38..but the memories of those times are priceless!❤

My grandfather use to dress up as Santa for me, my sibling, and my cousins when we were younger. He's 85 now and probably will not be with us for much longer but I will always cherish the memory

This made me cry, the kids are so happy. My mom goes to bed almost every night crying and with an empty stomach. Moms will do anything to make their cubs happy. The moms heart must have melted ❤

This mom and grandparents are the best! ❤ This is how it should be! We live in Finland so me and my boys went in the forest to look for the footprints of some elves in the snow and we always found something.. ❤❤ And the joy and excitment after that. Pure gold. Once my friend went to put a red elfs hat in the snow, because the elf knew we were on to them, so inba hurry he left it behind.. It was extra special, when the boys found it..❤❤ Now I have to young adult sons, so maybe one day I get to do this with my grandkids ❤

i don't have access to a santa, but on christmas night i like to stay up and make snowy footprints coming from the fireplace to the tree for my little brother so it really looks like santa came (i also take a bite of the cookies and leave him a note "from santa") i just hope christmas stays special for him a lot longer than it did for me

When we were young, my parents couldn't get us to go to sleep on Christmas eve. So mom put us to bed and dad thru a couple of pebbles on the roof, and mom told us it was Santa's raindeer. It worked.😴 😂😂😂😂❤❤❤

What an AMAZING idea!!! I can remember, when I was little, I literally woke my parents up every hour throughout the night! I used to peek down the hallway to try and get a glimpse of Santa. This is what childhood should be for every child....fun, surprise, magic, and giggles. Before my husband passed away, he would use his boots to put boot prints in our fireplace ashes and some outside the fireplace. Our boys would get so excited.
