It takes a lot of years to reach break even i.e. making profit. For the first few years you are merely investing in your business without paying yourself any salary. Despite this, we move. I just need someone to give me a platform where we host an informative podcast called 20Labour - 20 minutes with Ali "The Lion" Ncume. In this podcast we advise employers and employees about their employment law rights. A lot of people in the labour market are being dismissed unfairly and they never challenge their dismissals as they are not aware on how to challenge them. This contributes to the rate of unemployment. We can eradicate poverty, and increase the labour absorption rate, by educating parties to the employment relationship about our labour legal framework. The most people in our society are workers and they are still being exploited and view themselves as inferior towards employers. 20Labour is needed.
