@@anthonyfrazier3812 I have the official new wired limited edition smash controller for ultimate and I also have a Y team controller adapter with the Wii U/Switch mode on and I’ve tried almost every emulator

it was prob me ngl, I have learned to use the air neutral attack and combining it with air down and it’s really hard to counter

on pc you can use any controller you want

never will miss it attack decay happened after 2 attacks it was just dumb

attack decay was dumb it didnt punish the true spammers and it made air combos impossible to do without getting it if they bring it back it would kill any skill in the game rn (bugs should get nerfed only)

Both keyboard and controller is strong in this game

I play on keyboard and i extended the keybinds with a controller simulator that lets me bind my keyboard to simulate a controller. I use it to bind scrollwheel up to neutral attack, my side buttons are down and up attack. That way i have the advantage of controller (having direction based moves binded) and the precision and speed of WASD compared to a joystick. I just changed it today but i am already way better than yesterday

Nah, I use one that utilizes the layout of them but is made for the nintendo switch. But yeah, old school ones are kinda scuffed.

I still think it's the best controller

You probably had no dodges or meter. That shouldnt string into itself 4 times

I don't think attack decay should be in a fighting game, we should deal with spamming not the game

@@WzDk13 as a Kaz main, I do this very consistently. My point was, there's a huge skill difference between holding up-right and dodging, and jumping, pressing down-right, dodging 2-6 frames later, and then doing it again in quick succession
