I find your way of making a wooden mallet a very good one and I really like it! That glue you use - is it the kind that are used a lot for maritime and outdoor projects, PolyUrethane/PU? You might have used that type a lot more than me, but when I used it it said I should wet the wood with water before adding the glue to it. The glue also expanded when setting so using sturdy clamps was essential I found, just as you have done here. Ten thumbs up! 😊

Доброго времени, всё красиво и на много проще, чем у многих, не прими за обиду, может быть ты забыл, чтобы заготовки не ёрзали по клею, насыпь на них трошки крупной соли. Соль тормознёт скольжение, а потом растворится без следа и вреда для изделия. Всего доброго!
