Grew up in Stilbaai, my dad and I used to fish around Punt, Skulpiesbaai, Red sands and the rocks around Jongensfontein. Enjoy it guys, I sure miss that.

Yes Xander hope you caught something this side in Struisbaai. I was looking for kob with live bait on the plaat but no luck this time and there were alot of mullet in the surf

I have an appreciation for all species. Learning and understanding how to catch a large variety of species surprisingly helps when target a many of what I would you assume you would call "desirable fish". Live and let live ..appreciate all the ocean has to offer . Your fishing experience will be far more pleasurable.
