For discipline:- 1. Set authentic goals (realistic) (jo aapko andar se aate h ki aap kar sakte ho) 2. Embrace doubts 3. Raising the floor technique (pehle aasan goal set karo and vo pura karo, then uska level badhao) 4. Listen to your body and emotions (create emotion book, aap abhi kya feel krre ho) 5. Listen to your inner voices (alter ego that's best) 6. Respond instead of reacting 7. Transcend discomfort
