Maybe, maybe, not - but it doesn’t matter: Before purchasing, I called both service numbers and was ignored by the online service. They’re selling this incredible bike for $699 and throwing in a $500 battery, and a lot more. They have dozens of five star reviews for unreleased products that won’t even START shipping til next month saying things like, “I was so happy when this bike arrived, my son adores it!” There are many people on Reddit saying “ordered mine 2 months ago, no bike shipped, no return communication when contacted. My 3 star review never appeared on their website.” They have a kickass bike that probably costs a lot to manufacture, and they are happy to send that bike to people who make reviews on KZfaq. But they aren’t thrilled about shipping it to anyone else. I haven’t received it yet, but I’m going with the Ebkarocy 14” tires. It’s a cheap bike and you won’t get the best of everything, but after significant reading I think they have great customer service and will send replacements for faulty parts. Consider buying something like that, or, unfortunately, shelling out some extra $ for a bike as good as this that the company will ACTUALLY ship to you

I'm thinking of getting this bike for my wife instead of the Lectric 3.0 Am I giving up anything to the Lectric other than the hydraulic brakes? performance is the same right? And how can you upgrade the brakes for $50.

yes indeed. Check on amazon they have deals for hydraulic brakes between $50 and $75.

Great Video but how Good is the Ipas A2 E-Bike compared to the Lectric XP 3.0 for $999.00 & the XP 3.0 Long Range for $1,199 But Lectric Customer Support is Very Good but I'm not sure about the Aipas e-bike Support though I very concerned

Customer service we will have to see but it's pretty much same bike less hydraulic brakes. You upgrade those for $50 and it will be still cheaper than lectric.

Lectric customer service has been awful from my experience. 1h wait times on phone and they never answer my emails. If they improved in those two areas, they would be an awesome company. I won't buy from a company with deplorable customer service like Lectric has.@@ElectricVehicleSpace

Lectric is reputed very good for support. For sure better. There's a good chance this bike uses the same battery format as lectric step through though, and the lr as a 2nd battery is a good plan/convenience.

@@pascalj4331 sure looks like it is. Remember that nothing on Lectric bikes are Lectric only. What makes Lectric special is the support. Otherwise it would be just another entry level ebike

I ordered a month ago. They advertised 3-5 day shipping. They ghosted me this week after promising it would ship on the 10th, 13th at the latest. They won’t even cancel the order, I’ve had to file a claim through PayPal. If you look at the comments on their FB ads you will find hundreds of people who haven’t received their orders (myself included). Worst part, the bike is still listed as “in stock.” Quite the joke.

@@ElectricVehicleSpaceit got worse and worse. It’s been well over a month and I’m still waiting for a refund. Today was the end of their time to respond to my dispute on PayPal. It’s been two weeks since I started the dispute. They offered me a partial refund of $20 on my $860 order. Now I have to wait until the 4th of July for PayPal to review the dispute. Total waste of time and presently money. Certainly the money I need to get another bike… and summer where I live is now 1/2 way over. This company is not trustworthy.

I had the same issue when I ordered the C2. I had to reach out after 4 days of "processing" for them to tell me it was out of stock. They offered me the M2 for $900 so I got that one instead

@@carstarsarstenstesennrespectfully, we don’t have the same issue. Today was the last day that they had to respond to the PayPal dispute…. They offered me a $20 refund on a $830 order. Now I have to wait another week for PayPal to review every bodies responses. I’m a month and a half from when I ordered. They won’t answer the phone, they won’t return my emails, and they’ve blocked me on social media (I have been sharing my experience). I just want my money back and they’re making it as difficult as possible.

Now selling the A2 Elite model with a 11.6 Ah battery for $759, and the company web site no longer sells the A2 with the 10.4 Ah battery, but they got rid of the seat with suspension.

I am concerned about this as I only finding sponsored reviews that the company shares again. On their Facebook posts, I am seeing 2 types of reviews.. 1. People complaining on not getting their bikes. 2. Fake profiles (very easy to tell) saying that they got their bikes and loved it. I did order it but all of this is making me very nervous.

Same man I ordered a C2 last wednesday and I had to email them to ask why it was still processing. they said the C2 was out of stock (despite what the website says) and offered me an M2 for an extra $90 off of the current sale price, or a refund. I'm thinking maybe I should be safe and get the refund

@@carstarsarstenstesennI did get my bike on Friday and it’s actually pretty good. I put 10 miles on it the first day. I wished they did better with communication because it is such a turnoff but I’m happy with it so far

Your concerns are valid. But they use the same parts as all the other quality e bikes for motor and battery. Get the F3 for 899 it's a 1500w motor
