5:40 That's likely because the room is still considered a boss room (similar to reverse Emperor). Unless those specific item pedestals are hard-coded to reroll into Ultra Secret Room items (or the room itself is treated as an Ultra Secret Room), the items will always reroll into boss room items. Also, 11:50 - "I really don't need HP" right after committing to devil deals is yet another certified Matthewsir moment

I think it would work with the Void area, because of there being multiple bosses ranging from normal to final category, so it would pop alot there and would eventually give you Brimstone

Me and my friend have actually been working on a mod for ultra bosses, we're not sure whether to make more modes like greed mode or to just insert the bosses into normal gameplay

It seems like when you do the extra boss fight and attempt to roll the items with the D6 it pulls from the boss pool instead of the ultra secret pool. Someone probably already said this but 🤷🏽♂️
