'Expendable' and 'seldom live past 40' has some element of truth/accuracy. I've worked with South Asians for many years and they don't see 'Health & Safety' or risks like we do in the West - that doesn't make it right - that's just the way it is. Plus, when it's hot and humid, you don't want to wear boots and ear defenders! Mostly, they live in an analogue society - what do we do when our internet goes off? Who are the sensible ones!

They don’t wear PPE because they seldom live past 40. It’s sad but they are viewed as expendable. There are so many people there to replace them when they meet their maker. I wish it wasn’t true….

@@stusue9733 Just about everything in a foundry contains high amounts of respirable silica, or rcf. After working there for about 15-20 years a good number of them will have developed silicosis. And lets be honest they are not going to be getting treatment for that. Although I think they were using fireclay for their casts, which still contains silica but idk if its as respirable as sodium silicate, or petrabond after the pour.

если это показать моим преподавателям по МРС МРИ ТКМ , про доменные печи я вообще молчу тут все на козьем ГОВНЕ ))) они бы думаю долго смеялись ))) это технология хороша для производства кастрюль или лопат ..... ну может корпус какой ненагруженный можно так отлить и обработать !!! но ПОРШЕНЬ !!!! где лаборатория которая измерят состав ЖИЖИ которую они льют в КОКИЛЬ ?? а закала , отпуск, какие допуски там ))) мне очень нравятся такие видео , как из параллельной вселенной Если эти товарищи такие умные и технологичные где их собственные разработки ? хоть одна ?
