Change jobs if stress is extremely high...change your environment if it changes from your comfortability... I had sleep issues that caused extreme stress but I realized I can't change my sleep pattern so I just embraced it the stress left and I sleep great just by embracing my sleep pattern/rhythm...,oh and sleep meds were the worst! Medical industry is definitely all about money I love research so Google is my best friend and being guided spiritually... God bless this information and sharing your experience 👍🏾

High levels of Stress definitely can kill you if all pain and trauma is internalized we know it also causes mental health trauma.
