This One Is For The Win: The Best Chili Recipe You'll Ever Eat! - This Chili recipe is from our co-authored cookbook called, Best of Both Worlds! Ingredients:
2.25 lbs. of Ground Beef
4 cloves minced Garlic
1 diced Onion
2 large Jalapenos
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
3 - 4 slices thick cut Bacon
14 oz. Black Beans
15 oz. Kidney Beans
6-8 oz. Mexican Beer or Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken or Beef Base
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
14 oz. can crushed Tomatoes
8 oz. can Tomato Soup
14 oz. Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
3 Dashes Of Liquid Smoke
2 - 3 tbsp Brown Sugar (If Needed)
Smoked Paprika, Ancho Chile Powder, Chipotle Chile Powder,
Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Onion Powder, Cinnamon Sugar (To Taste)
Worcestershire Sauce and Hot Sauce.

I'm born and raised in Texas and I put beans in my chili. Beef is expensive and when you have a large family, adding beans stretches out the servings.

Yeah. Well here I go again. Texas chili doesn't have beans, traditionally. It's also made with cubes of beef, not ground beef. There was a time when you'd be disqualified at a chili cook-off for using beans, and you'd never get a prize if you used ground beef. Times have changed. By the way, beef is not expensive when one of the cattle dies for some reason like old age and the meat needs to be used or wasted. Those days are mostly gone, too. Now it's dog food, I guess.

I can NOT thank you enough for this recipe! I made it exactly how you said to and even added a little Corona in at the end! I made it for my elderly dad who is pretty picky. He ABSOLUTELY loved it. I confused the chili powder with cinnamon one time and I've been putting cinnamon in my chili ever since. Coming from a Texan this is the best chili with beans that I've ever seen. 💯💪🏾

@@andreaf3080 Add the brown sugar a pinch at a time, NOT by the tsp. My chili had an amazing taste, then I wanted to try the difference & added brown sugar and now it has a sweet after taste. I'm a bit disappointed in my curiosity! The recipe is awesome tho. Just my preference in taste is my own.

I saw chef Michael Chiarrello put dark chocolate in his chilli. Guess ppl use different tricks to get that sweet element needed to offset the acidic tomato. This recipe looks absolutely delicious

I made this for a work event and there were five other chilis people had made. When the party was over I went to get my crockpot, completely empty. All the other were still half full. I guess that means it was a hit!

So you just made Chili without any Chilies lol, real chill is made with chili’s not tomato’s thus the name CHILI.

@Stephen Mitchum I believe they forgot to mention it - the recipe calls for jalapeños and during the video they mention jalapeños quite frequently. As far as the aroma etc
