I've been stressing this muscle for the past month and my neck looks way stronger by default now. It's not hard to achieve it.
@irissupercoolsyАй бұрын
At least you can train your neck to get it thicker, most people who do fitness already have a thicker neck without specifically training it. That said, for some of these I preferred the thinner neck. It depends.
@rockgod213128 күн бұрын
As long as you don't have a pencil neck, you're fine. Neck size is also something within your control, as it's a muscle and it can be trained just like any other muscle. So if it really bothers you, you have the ability to change it.

In another video on this channel, they talk about how a mix of masculine and feminine features on a man can often be more appealing than purely masculine features. A slender neck is a feminine feature that could be balanced out by other masculine features on a man. Also, some women prefer men with more feminine features overall, like K-Pop stars, which is fine. But the research shows that they are in the minority.
@fairygodmother139Ай бұрын
@@poleagyeah I’m a woman and overly masculine features are incredibly unattractive to me
@lonestarr1490Ай бұрын
@@poleag But you cannot mix and match masculine and feminine features at will. If you lack a proper jawline, a thicker neck won't help you. It's always certain features you can get away with leaning more to the feminine side, depending on other features. And, as always, it depends on the preferences of the given woman. (Except, maybe, for the jawline. That one seems to be quite universal. Even in women a more masculine jawline sometimes works quite well.)

When I see ppl training neck I can't help but think: "bored person without a care in the world". I, much like majority of other anxiety disorder sufferers involuntarly train my neck pretty much most of my time (wake and asleep). And the stiff, muscular neck comes with far more risks/bad side effects. You eventually develop issues with sleeping, swallowing, vision, headache, exacerbation of androgenic alopecia and much more. If you have a reasonably functional neck, maybe consult a pshysical medicine expert before you decide to give yourself sleepless nights and fear of swallowing over a arbitrary trend 😮💨
