This has to be one of the strangest episodes ever. This is a person who owns a bridal shop and expects to spend 300 pounds or less on a dress. So one dress was too expensive, so she bought two. Anyone else confused? She got engaged about a month after meeting the groom and no surprise the wedding was called off. At least the proceeds went to fighting cancer.

Own your wedding dress shop and you cannot find a dress! A budget of £500, but only offers £200-£300 to the guest sellers. One seller was really really insulted by her offer and told her no way 👍 (I see they left that out of this clip). She then negotiates even a lower price with one seller and then buys x2 dresses, way over her budget. Got her 5 mins of fame.

I was thinking not to be glib or sarcastic but there is a lot wrong or "odd" about thisbride. As a wedding shop owner she should know thementality of wedding dress shopping. Secondly why is she spending so much time and energy looking for a wedding dress - she certainly didn't do that in looking for the love of her life Maybe if she spent more time on the relationship and finding the right person might be a better investment. Something about her hair or look and she kind of looks "dragged down. I don't hate her but a lot doesn't add up. I hope she truly finds what she is looking in for life. Emma is a very good friend to my family. She runs several businesses not just her bridal shop. This is in no way an advertisement scheme or ‘FAKE’. This was not fake in any way. She met her ex fiancé and fell completely in love with him. It’s a shame it didn’t work out and we are heartbroken for her. All these horrible comments are soul destroying, it was such a heartbreaking time for her. No one should go through this ❤️

yikes. if emma was going to buy both dresses, the least she could have done was to pay becca the full amount she asked for. this whole episode is just bizarre. she decided to marry the guy after a few scant weeks and then couldn't decide on a dress and then stiffed one seller and bought two dresses? weird. not surprised the wedding fell through. at that point, the least she could have done then was to return becca's dress and let her get a better price for it.

If I were shopping for a gown, I would not have anyone with me. Ok, the ONLY thing I liked about this episode was that Emma Louise threw a charity party wearing the dresses. Otherwise, this whole episode was, I’ll be polite, a mess. I wasn’t surprised when the wedding was cancelled. It had 🚩 s all over it. (My parents met in Jan, married in April, were married for 51 yrs, so that’s not the issue.) How could you own a bridal shop and not choose a dress? Then haggle the owner of a dress you love down to practically nothing, then buy two dresses?? Wtf???

It's probably not about the dresses, more about having an issue of not feeling ready for the wedding, and not being able to step away from her business and looking at herself in the mirror as a bride, not as a businesswoman. She probably has tons of similar dresses at her shop, none of these are particularly unique tbh. It doesn't help that her relationship had been so short, getting married probably didn't seem real to her yet. 300 is very cheap, but is probably how much it costs from the supplier, so it makes sense for her to try to go as low as possible.
