Firstly , try to forgive yourself.....and start loving yourself without any REGRET.................2nd ) Start writing a journal on daily basis about your life , what's going on , what you did today , and try to know more about yourself.........3) Try to connect yourself with your inner world by meditation , avoiding high dopamine activities and forgive yourself and love yourself..........!! 4)Avoid all high dopamine activities (po** , mastur******)and all to live a happy life.....! 5) Study with full love and heart keeping in mind my one line - KARM VO KARO JO KARNA HI FAL LAGE , FAL KI CHINTA MAT KARO....JAB KARM HI FAL LAGNE LAGE USME SBSE JYADA ANAND AATA HAI ! 6th) Avoid that kind of friends from now whom you think are toxic/no use for you...just block them on WHATSAPP and block all unknown no. and calls from settings.....................! I hope it will work....!
