Bro as per your variation after the sacrifice of bishop to the pawn, then white pawn moves to e7, I excepted you also tell the variation of giving check by rook in h file and moving to h8 to prevent the promotion happens in e-file, but there also two pawns were acrossed 6th rank so the plan fails with another variation of rook to a8

The very first thought that came to mind was pushing the right side pawn forward. Black’s pawn blocks the rook, and then you have your bishop for protecting your pawn until it reach the back row.

Having never (to my knowledge) encountered it before, I literally just won an endgame using the sixth rank trick! I decided to give up my rook for an enemy pawn threatening to promote, leaving me down three points of material (two pawns vs a rook), but I could see I'd be able to get both pawns safely to the sixth rank... So thank you, Nelson!

White can force the promotion of one of his pawns: 1.e6 ch Ka2 2. Be5!!(If black takes then white has 2 connected passed pawns versus the rook) so Black should move his rook to his first rank 2...R a8! Then 3 Bxd6 and white still has 2 connected passed pawns versus the rook. When white gets a queen it becomes merely a matter of technique for the queen to win the game for white.

By method of probability, white wins. First of all, their pawns are going up which is a telltale sign, and also because as you’ve said yourself, about 99% of all composed puzzles is white to play and win 😂 Also, on a more serious note, I’ve seen enough puzzles to know that even though it’s tricky, it’s extremely rare for a rook to stop two connected pawns that far advanced especially if the one with the pawns can get support from a piece.
