Awesome video as always, although I am obviously biased on this one. Chose to abort the 0-100 test purely due to being on public roads with the 20" wheel setup. It would have been possibly incriminating and a poor representation of the cars potential. Stay tuned for the upcoming drag racing tests :D

Any F6 owner will forgive you. You can’t keep them from lighting the rears stock let alone that beast. It doesn’t need sticky tyres, it needs an exorcist. Nice work with the look and mods.

This looks beautiful! Reminds me of my stolen G6ET ... mine was modified to have 403rwkW and 650Nm from idle 😂😂😂 unfortunately was never recovered. So looking forward to this video

It was your mechanic more than likely. Second guess would be tuner if you dropped and left car. You need physical access and a couple minutes to add a new key fob. These aren't easy cars to steal, so it wouldn't be some street kids with a flat head and a hammer.

Love this thing and the wheels work so well 👌I did stick with the keeping it stock, the only thing iv done to my F6E is zorst and a BOV still have the stock exhaust… owned mine since 2010 and still puts a big smile on my face when I drive her…

lol, took at FG GTE for a drive and my VT 5Lt had more power or guts than it had, dont know why when from factory it had over 315KW 5.4 LT V8 yet it drove like it had 200Kw and it was from FORD Footscray as well, bob binks ford lol :)

Nice, it was also nice of you to use the select sport shift mode to change gears, much better then a dumb manual shift which needs to lift off engage clutch shift gear using h pattern release clutch and then accelerate ... but you will never admit that right Ross? :)

I will be interested to see if it does run nines a had a commodore that made 750rwhp and i ran a best of 10.1 @ 138mph,the two cars should be similar weight so should be interesting look forward to the results good luck.

Bloody what well sort out street weapon old mate made with this FPV. Love the steering wheel ay makes a lot of difference to the interior. Also having the owner drive and talk about his ride was a good addition to the video hope to see more like this.

Wood grain also on GTE. In fact, F6E and GTE share same model number, only engine is different.

F6E follows on in model number from the Force 6. GTE have their own model numbers.

I guess I should clarify. For the MY10 model, the model number for both GTE and F6E is 18131. 82 were built. 60 with the 5.0 SC engine, and 22 with the turbo TQE.

They rant about AMG Mercs , M Series BMW , Audi etc ...Then there is an Australian built Ford that could potentially eat them all most likely and not cost you a second mortgage ...God I love the F6 range... They truly are a special car ..Thanks Jon for yet another great vid...One of your reviews has featured on an IWrocker video that has opened his eyes to Ford Australia and how they are a breed apart for all the right reasons from the largely lame American Fords these days ..He's got a new appreciation of the Barra in particular helped in no small part by Ross Reviews ....Top stuff mate .

Awww come on mate i wanted a 0-100!!! I’m a little disappointed. You should do 0-100’s, 60-100 and 80-120 times i think. Show the difference in these cars once they are on a roll too which is also a bit of real world data as not all races out there are 0-100

I dont wanna be THAT guy but the 2012 FPV Pursuit RSPEC has a build number of only #75. If someone could please explain why the F6E is considered more rare, I would be all ears. I mean that in the most sincere way too. Long Live Ford 💪

i think it's because that's a Ute version of a sedan model also.. so there is technically more of them.. there was no ute F6E..

It's from a model stand point. F6E mk2 is officially the rarest model variation with only 15 made. F6E name plate still first with 94 mk1 to mk2 including my10. But there are of course grey areas like ute / sedan, Engine options etc. In other FPV models like you mentioned with the R spec. But the R spec name plate has more produced (75 ute, 350 sedan)

Manual or auto? What boost? What size rear housing? Not as simple as turbo for turbo. A larger engine will force a smaller turbo to run out of puff alot sooner than a smaller capacity engine due to air volume required.

@@RossReviewsau haha it gets annoying for sure but it's the first time i've actually seen someone take it out on the actual KZfaqr. They can always go for premium to avoid ads too :). I don't find it too bad usually as the ad breaks are usually just enough time to pop the kettle on lol. In any case good on you for keeping it classy with your answer mate.
