Not only is Charlie extremely talented, he conducts himself as a gentleman. Really likeable and I really like his own song. Well done for making it to the finals!

After I heard that his dad past in his story he had me in tears. I was already trying to control my tears while he was singing. My dad also died of cancer but a lot sooner then doctor had said. I’m a nurse and I was so privileged to care for him in my home from January 14, 1994- March 10, 1994. The irony of the whole thing is we closed on our mother/daughter home on Dec 13, 1993 in case I had to care for my parents. After he passed mom lived with us for 15 years. I cherish the time I was able to spend/care for my parents.

His voice is giving me chills! That low register during his Take On Me perf is just perfect!

His story already had me in tears. I lost my mom August 25,2023 (the 25th of this month will be 6 months). 8 days before my birthday and we had to bury her two days before my birthday. It was unexpected but we did have her only on a ventilator so family could say goodbye. I burst to tears when they sang chasing cars bc as my mom laid there, I just laid on her chest listening to her heartbeat till the very end. It’s the worst unimaginable pain a human being could ever feel. Last thing my mom told me (I too sing as well) was to never give up on the things you love and the people you love. To always dream as big as you can. And I try everyday. So if you’re lucky to have your parents still, hug them tight and tell them you love them ❤

My dad died in 2020…a week and a day later and he was gone. 😢 My birthday is July 3 and he died on July 11 2020. My birthday will let’s reminds me of my dads death. If he would have died on my birthday I of never celebrate it again! But instead of turning back to my old ways…which will never happen!! I will always b positive with everything I can!! I ended up writing a Dear Dad letter…on my Facebook page…it’s helped me cope with his death. Yes I miss him everyday…but I have people in their 60s thanking me for writing them cause it’s helped them cope. It surprised me to hear that. So I continue writing them…cause who knows…someone might have the same questions…it hurts very much so…however…I’m putting them into a book. Mayb it will help someone!

Fantastic performances.I would change one word from my perspective what Charlies mum said..from would to is for me. I respect her would though.Charlie's dad is in spirit so proud of him & his wife & son supporting Charlie. That's because I do believe we only die physically, we exist before born in spirit & after our body just has its time. I don't think of it from a religion point of view though they say too, they have all sorts of other conditionality & judgement ideas that are in my view man made for influence & business reasons but anyways. For those unsure or that only believe in this life & physical life then i can understand the word would. How can we know, well psychic connection with self or a medium, thats how. I think it's safe to assume a transitioned parent is proud of his/her children, his in this case & family yet sad he's not there in physical presence anymore. But that is the nature of physical earth life. It's temporary, it's a physical life slice of eternity. Some of us get longer this life, some shorter, sometimes for lifestyle choices, or food choices, some due to emotional trauma unresolved goes to illness, sometimes it's genetic just the pre birth agreements we entered for particular soul learning experience reasons.Well done Charles & family. 😀👏👏👏 Sorry i may have gone off on a tangent, just having lost my dad last year, i have come to that realisation. What moves our body, eyes, us, our energy body in physical, physical dies, energy body, us never dies just changes form 🤔 and that is comforting to know. Change though is like bereavement of the nature of earth life finality can be hard for some. But it just is. It's best to not fight that reality just do ones best & enjoy the best you know, from intuition & soul purpose..love the voice year after year Australia has so much talent 😀👏

I don't get it. This man has a lovely voice, but he's not outstanding; the female country singer had an interesting unique voice, great vocal agility, good range, terrific control of her voice. Sorry, he did not.
