Hope For Paws - Official Rescue Channel

We couldn't get this injured dog, but then unexpected help arrived! It was so cool to see this amazing turn of events on this rescue. Rene Valencia, the young hero, made all the difference here! :-)
Leslie suffered from a terrible fracture to her leg, but luckily, we have Dr. Antonio Pedraza and the amazing team at CARES to make miracles happen.

For the life of me, I can't ever understand why anyone would thumb down these rescue videos. Your work is showing the best of humanity and should be applauded. Whoever isn't content to see these rescues should focus their attention elsewhere.

I personally try to convince myself that the people who put thumbs down are trying to show their disapproval towards the abusers or that they find the video very sad, I find it unbelievable that they could dislike it for any other reason!

I hope the Valencia family reads this. What a wonderful thing you did, caring for her and keeping her safe and then ensuring that she found rescue. Look at the wonderful life that you started her on. Amazing! You should be proud of yourself and especially of your children for being compassionate, decent and wonderful human beings.

It honestly breaks my heart that some of these families that fall in love with these dogs can't afford to adopt them, whether it be financial, health, housing issues or other reasons. The love that is in there heart is so pure. People who love and take care of animals are truly good, right down to their souls. ❤️

We don't know what their circumstance was. Maybe they rent and the owner don't allow dogs. Who knows but the important thing was they kept feeding Leslie and they called hopes for paws for help. Other people won't give the time of day. If it weren't for them Leslie's rescue wouldn't have been possible. What's important is she got medical treatment and eventually adopted into a good home. You can tell Leslie is such a good dog who loves people and children. She deserves to have a good life. All dogs do as a matter of fact

You can be a generous animal-lover and still be a cynic - but if you're going to make negative assumptions about strangers - that the family would have kept the dog if she was a tax write-off, or that they're "kinda lame," just wanting internet fame - then maybe you shouldn't be surprised if people make negative assumptions about you.

@Tillman & Rex & Me the fact that your implying that your better than someone because you spent 7k on a dog sounds a little arrogant if you ask me🤷‍♀️. And you go on to say you “don’t think they’d do the same” I mean come on. You have to put yourself in someone else’s perspective and realize that not everyone has the things they need to do so, whether that’s time, money, etc. You truly never know what someone is going through. And don’t get me wrong, I appreciate you for what you do/did for that dog but is it really necessary to automatically assume that someone wouldn’t do the same?i mean you literally know nothing abt these people and yet you assume the worst. Why is that? I’m genuinely curious

It is basically a shorter way of saying Hope For Paws which is the rescue channel that this video is on, they are incredibly kind people who have rescued many different animals. I hope this helps if you are still interested, anyway I hope you & your loved ones are doing okay during the current times stay safe 💛

I like the bath time scenes most. Many dogs dislike to have a bath. But you wash dogs very gently. Dogs look to be feeling good. 😊💖

Dogs tend to gravitate towards children. Thank you, Valencia family, for helping with her rescue. Leslie is gentle and beautiful, it was a shame that she was wandering the neighborhood with a fractured leg. I'm very happy that Leslie was adopted by her foster mom. May you both bring love and joy to each other. HFP, always the best!

I love it when a foster adopts the dog they've been caring for. I always think the dog has got to be so sad to leave the person who cared for them. It's great when they get to stay with the person they've grown to love.

Awesome job as always. I wish there was a vet like Dr. Pedraza in every town willing to give his time to save the ones in need. I get tired of so many dogs at the shelter getting unnecessary surgery like amputation or eye removal due to a lack of resources for treatment. Adopt, foster, volunteer, or donate.

Dude, YOUR comment is what really makes me happy. The world is full of 💩 over populated humans who just suck. I will never understand how someone can intentionally hurt an animal who only knows how to love and be loyal, even when mistreated, they remain loyal and look to US for love and care. We can't save every animal or know what is going on but t begins with ppl like YOU! Like you said, as you get older (I won't say grow up bc kid, you are already wise beyond your years!) You will be voice for these animals, an advocate for them, you can absolutely make the difference! 💪🐾🦴👍🐶

What a great family and dog! I ran after a small dog I saw run from the dog beach..I ran and even got a ride from a stranger..lol. Finally the dog ran back to the beach..I was on my last breath when this couple came up..she sent the husband to take over. It took five of us but caught her! Happy reunion! Make sure you tag your pets!!

What a wonderful dog God wanted this baby to have a wonderful life people that loved her that could help her get off the street. A wonderful organization to Foster and do all the medical needs and then to find her a terrific family. This dog's life has been transformed and her mommy's too. I know I did dog rescues kept them my world was blessed by them now I do cat rescues136+ counting new homes 4 in my home and feed 13 everyday what a blessing I live a purposeful life.yeah

Just thinking about how many wondeful rescues are probably already filmed but the dogs are still in process of recovering! What you do is wonderful! The world need people like you!
