But its randomness that tries it's best to avoid unfair deaths (not spawning rush when there are not enough closets for 4 people for instance) so moments like this when first room fails to load and then rush gets triggered are exceptionally rare.

I thought id never see a roblox game that impresses me, but damn this is actually really well made and polished. The animations are smooth and the music is fantastic, not to mention the fact it owns how goofy roblox looks without trying to make it look like a “traditional” horror game, and it genuinely has some good scares! I also love the names of all the monsters, theyre a perfect mix of silly yet mysterious

9:56 That is an extremely rare case of glitched room glitch. So basically the room you were trying to get too did not load correctly so glitch came and teleported you there. (Normally he comes to teleport you to your friends when your so far behind)

I've heard so many people (who don't even like Roblox) praise Doors so much, I knew it had to be good considering Roblox is actually a pretty good platform for game-developing if you ignore it's never used properly, but I didn't know it was THIS good, holy shit

I didn't expect Charlie to learn how to do all of that in just a few rounds of doors, no tutorials, no watching videos about it- that is actually awesome man

I’d say this is the one game I’ve constantly replayed on Roblox and never had a sense of being bored, the loop is perfect, the one downside is that there are hardly any games on Roblox that I can personally say hold a candle to this. I’m stoked to follow the updates for this game.

Another couple good Roblox horror games that my buddies and I have found through our extensive ventures to find playable horror games on there are The Mimic and Frigid Dusk. The Mimic is immensely popular, but Frigid Dusk is probably the best Roblox game I’ve ever played. It actually was scary for us to play and the movement is more akin to a FPS than a Roblox game with the camera shake, sprinting and crouching. Would highly recommend, especially if they add more content to it eventually. Edit: They have added Part 1 of Chapter 2 to Frigid Dusk as of a few days ago. Played through it with my buddies, was fun.

Nowadays it is sad to see the amount of simulators and repeated games when there are creators out there, like the developers of Doors who have created quality game experiences. Roblox is a great platform to create games I just wished there were more like this.

i genuinely think the only issue with doors is that there aren’t enough monsters. there are really only 3 (2 in non-dark rooms) monsters in most of the game and they’re all super predictable. something else like shriek would really help make the experience more interesting
