As a person who suffered from mental health problems for like a week ill tell u what i suffered from : I used to feel as if the surrounding was closing as i stared at the figure that my hallucination made and a feeling of being dizzy and drunk while panicking and feeling as if u cant breathe 😢 Nowerdays i dont have sleep paralysis that offten but all i see in the hallucination is a black lady with white hair and long sharp hands I am so sorry for sharing my trauma with u but it made me feel opened up 😢

I have been asking you this since, probably, December 1st and i would love to see you to talk about the Carpathia. It has some really interesting history and there is a very detailed game about it. Back when I was six, me and my brother had a sleepover with a friend and her sister. During the night sleeping I turned to see a weird scary shadow figure on the ceiling I turn around and it was gone I turned again and it was there again. I thought maybe it was the stuff animals, but it didn’t looked liked it was. Now that I’m older still I don’t know what was that, idk if it was a sleep paralysis or a hallucination.

By the thumbnail, it’s an isolation cell or something. It’s used for prison punishments or other stuff. How it works is that when you’re put in you have to stay there with boredom, you might be wondering it isn’t that bad, but not what you think. You would lose the track of time,(not knowing day or night), no human interactions, after some days in there, you would completely gone insane

Real fact: Insane asylum i played it before i watched your video, i stayed at that game for 30 minutes- i meant 40 minutes i loved the game, Also the therapy game, btw idk why In fact, i sufferd of a fear of darkness, feeling of someone is behind you and mirrors when i was a kid, it still effects me now.
