I would have never imagined such a product such as this existed!!! When I saw the title, I thought it was something for the computer!!! 🤣 This robot is a game changer for you and all your windows!!! I've only washed my windows once or twice since I moved in, which was back 2012. I have the kind of windows that I can wash inside and outside all while staying inside. My windows are overdue for a good cleaning! I have kitty nose prints on a lot of lower windows. 🙀 Bing says no comment on the window marks!!! 😻 EYL!!!! 😊

I am having the same thoughts re: price. My mum has hired someone a few times to wash our outside windows-esp. the 2nd storey. And, the first time it rains, they're dirty again! I'll be using this argument to encourage her to buy this instead.

Very cool gadget. I’m like you, I think I’ve cleaned the windows 2xs in 30 years. That was only because I was painting. Looks like something I can definitely use. Unfortunately it will have to go onto the list. Until I have an income again. Thanks for sharing. Cheers from FL😺

I've been washing 45 windows for 30 years and I'm talking frames, screens, sills inside and out. This year was the last time I'm doing them..torn rotator cuffs aren't worth it.

Hi, just wondering if you found streaks or "drag" marks on the windows from the cleaning pads? I've seen a few reviews saying this happens and you can only see it when the sun hits the window at a certain time of day. Don't want to spend all that money to find out I still have to take a cloth to the windows, I have soooooooo many 😩

You can unscrew and remove the plastic tabs on your mirrors. They are installed to hold the mirror in place while the glue dries. Do not remove them if it starts to pull away and seems like someone forgot to glue the mirror to the wall.

Oh now i want one i have a Ecovacs vacume/mop robot and love it. I been eyeing off the windows as we have huge ones and i haven't done them for 11 years because its horrible its to much work lol. But since getting my rob vac and love the app i may look at this. thanks for showing us. I also was wondering how the thing stayed on without falling off

How did you tether it? When you cleaned the outside window? Did you drill a hole and hook?

I actually only did it on the outside ones because I didn’t trust it! So far it’s never fallen or needed the tether and I’ve done the whole house again and it’s reliable thank goodness! I feel like I can trust it with mine now. If I try it at someone else’s house or with different conditions I will probably use the tether to be safe the first time…but it seems totally capable of staying up 😅

I'm shocked how infrequently some people clean their windows over there. I'm from the UK and it seems we clean windows much more regularly over here. I have all my outside windows professionally cleaned once a month (£17) and in between I clean any that get grubby from dirty rain.

Steph you are so funny. You are always so willing to try new things and you work so hard and you're so handy around the house. I'm surprised that you wouldn't rather do all the windows yourself.. Also, the wooden blind doors that you have on your windows that can be opened up to access entire window panes. I love them. Where could I get them from and what are they called and how much do they cost? Keep up the good work you two. Whoops 3.

I looooove gadgets! So fun!! The blinds are called plantation shutters. Pretty much all blinds stores sell them. The company we used was Affordable Window Coverings but I’m not sure if they’re just a local place or a chain ❤

Guessing it runs out of water quickly here in San Diego County, as it is usually so dry here (not counting this month xD) I have to wash my sliding glass door all the time kitchen windows too the rest I think cleaned them all twice since living here over 21 years. xD Does it work on mirrors that would be cool oh what about your shower doors muahahahaha, Pricey but hey some people can afford to splurge, more power to them!

The tether it says to tie to a chair or table but I’m not sure why something beneath it would be beneficial…so I think it’s truly for affixing above a window so if it falls it doesn’t crash to the ground. I’ll have to time a window! I feel like it was relatively fast since I did the deep clean cycle so it cleans it twice. I’m taking it to Amanda’s to let her do hers and we’ll time one!

Hiya ---I know this is completely unrelated, but I was wondering how did Steve find out that he had a problem with gluten? I know y'all eliminated it on AIP. I am curious if he was only allergy tested for gluten sensitivity or did he get a celiac dis. diagnosis? See, I have been gluten free for quite a long time because my body hates it, but now I am curious about celiac. I have heard in the past I'd need to be actively eating gluten in order to be tested for celiac. I always thought, well I'm not going to do that to myself, but now I'm trying to figure out if that is the only way. Thanks for any insight. Have a great night! -much love ~Mary & fam in NJ

I don’t think he’s been tested for celiac but he did test positive for being allergic if I remember right and for sure gluten was really high on both of his sensitivity tests. Elimination on AIP confirmed…and he has flared (3 weeks!) from gluten cross contamination from a pizza place 😢
