They only thing that was left on the field was Curry... 'n regte wit kont. Played against the boks worst performance in years and still lost... So from the bottom om my heart and logic... You played an average game, lost and you're "mind games" from Farrel and curry kant... Really left a bitter taste.

That was the most proud I’ve been as an England supporter in my 28 years. The journey you boys have been on in the last 6 months has been amazing. As an Englishman living in Scotland I’ve had sh*t all week about the team but as I shouted the roof off and kept the street awake I couldn’t have been prouder. No one said anything the next day lol. Great performance with some incredible cameos and great group work. Well done lads. Let’s capitalise on it and not look back!!!

I was doing the exact same thing here in London last Saturday during the game. Shouting and screaming and honestly it felt like we had won the game at the start of the second half! Tbh I was praying we’d beat South Africa after 2007 and 4 years ago, but the referee had other plans and completely missed the scrum penalty.

Even if Bongi did not say what Curry thinks he said, any person who doesn't speak Afrikaans would have done the same thing in that situation. Considering no one bothered to resolve or explain it to Curry at the time, not even the referee, he did the right thing under the circumstances he was in.@@user-hu7rn4ym8j

On Saturday I was heartbroken. Today I couldn’t be prouder of the effort, the heart, the performance, the team. Can’t wait to see how we go from here I know there are great things in store. It was pure class, even if we lacked the killer instinct to go all the way- you won English hearts and I smiled all the way through the 80minutes, even those last few. I’ve been critical of the management and the players over the last 6 months. This performance shut me right up, and we need to rely less on jingoistic tabloid and social media frenzy, and more on mental welfare and decency to those who put their bodies on the line to entertain us. I for one am looking forward to a great six nations.

Have loved the engagement, with 'this rose' played for too long and coached boys and girls for over a decade and been lucky enough to come across some great people. It's something we have to accept, we are an easy focus for peoples dislike, we have to suck it up, but that performance at the weekend was brave and bold, we have always played ten man rugby and we do it quite well., our day will come again. I hope we throw caution to the wind for the bronze play off, coz it does not matter., but would like for the old guard to go out on a win

Congratulations to South Africa - our lads fronted up well but we didn't quite have enough tactical intelligence to score a try whereas South Africa did so they deserved to win in the end imho. At the tactical level Borthwick got most things correct regarding kicking strategy etc. but let the side down by taking off a dominant front row (Cole and Marler) and replacing them with less effective scrummagers (Genge and Sinckler) which ultimately cost us the match due to the final scrum penalty kick. Will Borthwick learn from his mistake? Only time will tell.

You deserved to win that game. I knew you could win and sadly the referee willingly gave every close call during the last 10 minutes to South Africa. You gave them a wake up call and huge respects to France in the quarterfinals, we basically shook them to their core and they had to change pretty much the whole team in the second half! 2019 was a incredible performance and 2023 was the same performance but unfortunately the end wasn’t supposed to be. We deserve another World Cup because we have the passion and determination to overcome anything

Tremendous team effort, but we needed to change tactics when we started giving away a penalty at every scrum (poor refereeing and we need to get rid of scrum penalties since it is so subjective) and we need to change the gameplan more generally. Kicking away possession 90% of the time and playing 10 man rugby is not going to win in the end.

These lot were gifted a smooth draw thanks to World Rugby and they played such a boring brand of rugby where they actually thought that they would go all the way without scoring a try😄 Couldn't even score a single try against a tired and poor South Africa side and you have entitled individuals talking about how 'they deserved to be in the final'.
