6:20 if you actually want to find out what rune he is talking about and him unlocking it. If you want to really skip and just see what the actual rune is and see him possibly use it, 9:44.

Sacred Shield is supposed to be combo'ed with Sheath of Light in your waist. The shield scales with spell power and Sheath converts your attack power into spell power.

You need to use brain and it is proc every 6 sec and Sacred shield is on 30 sec buff which means 72*5=360 dmg absorb shield with zero spellpower

sacred shield is good for holy. +50% chance for free critical heals (with talents) and an extra flash of light over time is good.

Because it's true, both do it but i literally can count on one hand the amount of only 1v1s I've had that didn't end with more horde jumping in. Swear horde always act like a hard ass until they get called out then they whine to no end.
