Just added a little Ardbeg AN OA to my Old Elk rye .The sweetness and bite of the Rye really works with the peat .

Highly recommend the cask strength peated rye from KC! I also have a cask peated bourbon as well. Both are fantastic.

I really enjoyed the Willett Family Estate Rye 4 Yr. Don't know the exact category it would fall under, but it was elite.

Making me smile yet again. I hope the Peed bourbon from Kings County is good. I had their cask strength bourbon and it tasted like Balcones Texas whiskey which I don’t like. The Kings county Peated Bourbon might also taste like Balcones so I’ll pass.
