Sandwich with CHEESE, BACON & EGG - very simple and super tasty.

You need the following ingredients for 2 sandwiches:
- 4 slices of bacon 🥓
- 4 slices of toast 🍞
- Cheese (we had 2 slices of Sanwich cheese and sprinkled cheese)🧀
- 2 eggs 🥚
- Salt and pepper
Of course you can adjust the ingredients, add onions or more/less bacon. 😉
We prepare our bacon in the microwave as follows: Put two towels of kitchen roll on a plate, place the bacon on top and then place another towel on top. Cook at 600 watts for about 3-4 minutes. Keep an eye on the microwave and after about 2 minutes check the paper and the consistency of the bacon. Alternatively, you can also fry the bacon in the pan. 😉
In the meantime, fry two eggs in a pan for as long as you like your fried egg best). Season the fried eggs.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of toast. These sides make up the outsides of the sandwich. Place a slice of sandwich cheese on a slice of toast (inside of the sandwich). Then add the fried egg from the pan and sprinkle cheese on top again (in our case, sprinkled cheese). Then add the bacon slices on top and finish with a slice of toast (the butter side facing up).
Fry the sandwiches in the pan over medium heat until golden brown.
Get it out and enjoy 🤤
