The funny things was that when Epic removed rarities from the cosmetics, the streams actually showed the cosmetics with rarities 😂

One time a guy promised that if you donated 100 dollars he said he would give tons of gift cards. About 10 minutes later someone donated 500 dollars and didn’t know that it was scam.

I recognize Fruit Boom before, he used to do roblox scams livestream and its mostly just a classic website scam and giving robux in group funds meaning they must have used a fake website before to make it real. I didn't realise he was into fortnite now.

Finally someone called this out. And another thing, I am starting to feel like the whole chat consists of bots, too. All the people are so repetitive and they all request the same skin over and over again.

Thank you for covering this! I have noticed 2 things related to this that you might want to know: Another 2 channels named Wns and Vipa (the one in your video) are most likey ran buy the same person. Another thing is that some of the people who run these scams do have "live" videos but still scam.

Another thing that I have noticed is that there are a bunch of bots in the live chat which just spam the same thing every time. Honestly, friggin scumbags.

Thank you for bringing awareness surrounding these streams which pop up on shorts! There was one where they flat out played dumb and just showed ghoul trooper without going in for the pink style request. Its mind-blowing with the audience trickery going on.

I saw this a month or two back, and I realised it was a loop. I kept on reporting the channel but like you said, nothing was happening. I also tried to tell people in the chat that it was fake, but my messages were pushed back by the waves of names of skins and the ‘me’s. I got roped in once and commented some really early girlie skins that I like that I know no guy would have bought and he never picked my comment and you never heard anything in the chat abt the community or anything just skin names. Just FYI Spamming the chat with this is fake or pre recorded comments doesn't work as the creators block those words from appearing in their live comments. So its better to report them for being a scam.

It still surprises me that some of these clickbait KZfaqrs actually use a dev then they go to showing skins to a giveaway where a random person wins and they say this person did not like a subscribe you were so close. Speaking about telling the kids in the live stream that those are pre-recorded aren't actually going to do something. Not really because they're ignorant or dumb, but those scammers can filter out certain words so others won't see your chat.

I'm so glad I'm not the only person fed up with it, I called out a streamer called "manny" he actually saw me call him out and stopped the stream for a small amount of time, they also deleted it, but doesn't matter. He streamed yesterday lmao.

I once saw a kid who gifted 50 dollars to one of these scum bags. It's honestly sad how these streamers are knowingly manipulating their young audience for some cash and just the thought of a kid being so excited to get his v bucks, asking their parents if they can donate to a streamer, only to realise they're getting nothing in return.

Yeah, sadly this is all too familiar. It seems like this type of content comes in waves. First, there was the infamous “MY SCREEN IS SHAKING, LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE AND TYPE ONE IN THE CHAT FOR THE EVENT,” and it's just them going into playground mode and repeating it. I wanted to make a video about this because a person was saying that they had the Korra outfit (at that time it wasn't available yet) but, what made me scrap that topic was on of the live stream, he was saying that his video was not pre-recorded and I took his word for it. Maybe I've been scammed myself lol. But overall, amazing video and great investigation! Keep it up!

As someone who does legit giveaway streams and games with viewers and then to look at the feed and see my same viewers getting scammed by streams like that, it sucks sooo bad. Thank you for calling out these loser streamers. Hopefully KZfaq or Epic does something about it.

I’m surprised how PremFN and you made videos about these scamming livestreams. I remember I saw a child who has a KZfaq channel named “glitchgaming12” donated $200 to one of those livestreams and was asking the streamer for some v-bucks gift cards. I don’t understand why people donate over a hundred dollars when they could use that money for actual v-bucks. This may be biased, but I feel like all the little kids who donated money to those scam livestreams already have a bad childhood.

I saw one of Fruit Boom’s streams, and decided to watch for a bit. The sub counter going up was all I needed to confirm it being a real stream so I watched and guessed a few times. Although, later in the stream, he looked up one of the Guardians of the Galaxy skins (don’t remember which one.). They all have the same set name, so if you look up Guardians of the Galaxy they all shouldn’t appear. This was after the real money pack with Drax, Mantis, and GOTG 3 Groot. When he looked up the set name, the real money pack skins didn’t appear, so I knew he “didn’t have them” meaning I won. In the chat I kept saying “You don’t have Drax” or something like that, thinking he would of seen it. Too bad the stream wasn’t real, cuz I’d be a few thousand v-bucks richer if I was. Also, kinda related but not really, I’m not a big fan of the vertical live streams on KZfaq.

Thank you for addressing this. In April there was a streamer name JexyShorts that told viewers he would say the N word if someone subs and never did, he even did the vbucks scam aswell to. I was streaming on Shorts and his live was above mine so every person came in to my stream spamming the N word, I reported his live but KZfaq doesnt do anything about it 🤦‍♂️

These people are literally ruining the Internet.

Its so annoying cuz I see these live channels and stuff with 250k subs and its like wow, they build that off of scaring people, how could look at that and think of themselves as good people, it just blows my mind and I wish KZfaq would do something about this
