He does look really shady but that does not mean he is scamming you. He might have just forgot to put the "policy" there. Would I give money to this guy? No, I won't because no collect. But making a video on this guy might ruin his reputation and attract hate. And he seems legit because if he is scamming he would've just ignore added you and kick you. There is count less real scammers out there and you could've easily made a video on them instead. Let's just hope that he didn't receive and toxicity... Had the "victims" been scammed, they would be greatly inclined to respond, determined to get the "scammer" banned in retaliation regardless of the value of the items which had been scammed. No one likes a scammer. no matter how petty the "crime", a crime will remain a crime.

I'd say it was a very biased "investigation" as you've done it before. This guy seems very legit. He did not act like other scammers and defended himself fairly well, while being under stress. I even put myself in that situation, and I wouldn't give it back too, it's inconvinience and an interesting broker policy.

I think he's legit, thought there were some flaws to his system, he seems more real than not. If I was in his situation, I would be pretty pissed to give the item back immediately, or not even give it back at all. The simple reason is, you were wasting his damn time. + When a redname comes to your island and basically pressures you to give the item back with a prejudice that you are a scammer, well, its kind of intimidating. It kinda looks bad for me when you post videos like this, and makes me wonder if you even have thought about this video, clearly knowing that his buissness that he thought, and himself might be untrusted by most who saw your videos. meow

this didnt seem like a scam at all. the policy provided was the policy provided, period. you saw the npc, he gave you the information, you willingly gave him your items. you’re the scammer here for wasting his time. of course he broke the policy when your KZfaq RANK ACCOUNT hopped on his island. not only did he admit to enjoying your videos (if a KZfaqr i really liked visited my island, I’d probably also listen to them if they asked me to do something), but also a red name can be VERY intimidating. you have lots of power, and he probably thought you could get him punished for false reasons. he seemed very legit. if he were a scammer, i think he would /ignore add you instead of sending a friend request
