Since a couple comments have cropped up talking about it - regarding the "man who shall not be named". I think if you have over 100% SCC you should have a chance to fish up 2 sea creatures. Like if you have 105% SCC you have a 100% chance to fish up 1 sea creature and 5% chance to fish up a second sea creature at the same time.
