Oilers fan, and I gotta let my bias show a little. For better or worse the Oilers are usually the series to watch in the playoffs. Getting to play another exciting team in Vancouver has been a a boon for the sport as a whole showcasing high end talent with controversy throughout. No matter how this series ends, I congratulate the non toxic Canucks fans on a series well fought. The Western Conference finals will only get much harder from here. I just want to see 1 cup for McDavid and Draisaitl as Oilers. Anything after that is total gravy. Cheers all!

It will be which defense outperforms the other or more likely which one doesn't do something stupid to cause a series ending goal.

Yup pretty wild ending. As a Canucks fan I was expecting a loss as my team just didn't show up for 50 minutes. But as a hockey fan, that was pretty exciting, like the reffing in that game finally (No BS calls etc, no management, was just right).

I am rooting for teams based on *"Can they beat the Rangers?"* Out of every team left, I think Edmonton would destroy them the most bc of Edmonton's powerplay!! They might honestly score 70% of the time vs the Rangers box defense up on their penalty kill - it would get ugly fast! But I think Dallas and Vancouver would beat them as well, that is all that matters to me.

Oilers have known for many seasons that they needed a star #1 goalie and hung their hat on Skinner. Proven to be shaky at times during the season. I just wish they’d get that sorted out and wish Pickard and Skinner success and a followup start for Pickard

That was a great game last night Go Oilers and the Oilers will win in game 7

Game 4 was the Oilers best game so far. They finally had players not named McDavid or Draisitl step up and make an effort. Silovs was amazing again but the team in front of him looked like they were playing tired, injured or tentative because of the last games antics/the killer Oiler power play. Worst game of the series for the Canucks. They were allowing the Oilers to beat them to a lot of the puck battles and beat them with the big hits. Petterssen is not built for playoff hockey. He can sometimes win puck battles on the boards but then he falls over. He's not shooting, his passes are not connecting and he just looks dazed by everything. And it's not his line mates that are the problem because he's been equally ineffective when he's played on the lotto line with Miller and Boeser.

Can’t wait to face either of them as a stars fan.

Canucks win it in 7. Oilers win game 5, Demko returns for 6&7 and wins both. Pickard is a good story but you need a good goalie late in playoff series for sure.

Worst playoff game by the Canucks hands down. To idle too many bad decisions. players are indecisive with the puck. Lazy dump ins. Canucks are definitely trusting Silovs. Glad he was on his A game at least.
